Nancy Crawford has entered her third trimester now and she forgot how big and tired she feels at this stage. She often has to stop what she’s doing to sit down and rest for a while. Nancy is just counting down the last few months until this baby is born!
Emma Lloyd is in her second trimester and definitely showing. She’s still just as tired as she was in her first trimester, but there’s a reason for that–her last ultrasound revealed that Seth and Emma are expecting their second set of twins! Seth is secretly thrilled, but Emma insists that these are the last babies they’re having and he should be prepared for a little surgery soon to stop anymore unexpected surprises.
And first time parents Edwin and Darcy Chase are excited that she’s finally starting to show! Due to her sister’s unexpected news, Darcy had the ultrasound technician make sure she wasn’t getting two babies too, but they’ve been assured so far that there’s just one. The soon-to-be parents can’t wait for the birth, but in the meantime they’re house hunting for a place in their price range with a little more space than their tiny apartment and in a safer neighborhood.
Anna Sutton graduated cum laude from Pine State University and is now renting a newly built loft apartment in downtown Arcadia (which apparently has a nice view of the park through the front windows!). She’s accepted an offer with Arcadia High School to teach there starting this fall.
Anna had planned to live with Madison after college, but with Madison stuck on campus for one more semester, she had to put out an ad for a roommate. And what luck–Mona Wiggins was looking for an apartment to rent! Mona is currently looking for a job in natural science, but for the moment she’s working as a mime.
Dewey Richard’s post-college plans were also messed up thanks to Bryant getting on academic probation. So all he could afford was a very tiny apartment a few blocks from Anna. It’s so tiny, the entire apartment feels like a closet. Dewey is currently applying to all the local architecture firms in town, but in the meantime he’s working as a security guard, thanks to the part time work he did with the police department as a teen.

– I warned you, Seth. Snip, snip. I blame him because he’s family and has the twin benefit. He was one of the last Sims to get it before I decided not to give it to anyone else. I had hoped that like all my other Family Sims with the twin benefit, they’d only have the one set of twins (Zane, William, and Sunny all have the twin benefit, but only had one set of twins). But no. That twin gene is strong in these two!
LOL! Poor Seth, maybe it’s not his fault-after all his wife is a twin! I love Anna’s outfit, it’s one of my favorite to put on my simmies. I think because I want to wear it so much in RL. Anna and Mona’s apartment looks great, I can’t wait to see more.

lol, yes, Emma being a twin probably doesn’t help any. And Seth is a twin too, so I think these two are just destined to keep having twins!
I love Anna’s outfit too. When I dressed her in that, I was thinking that I would so wear that outfit if I had it in real life. It has all my favorite things: purple, argyle, and a vest! 🙂
Anna and Mona should be a pretty interesting combo, especially once Madison does graduate lol…..Poor Seth! I agree with Apple Valley, Emma should shoulder some of the blame too! She is, after all, a twin herself so I”m sure that didn’t help 🙂
I’m planning on moving Madison in with them once she graduates, so it’s going to be fun to see how Anna and Madison get along with Mona! 😉
Awww, it’s so cute seeing the sisters all pregnant at the same time! (Nancy counts as a step-in-law, right?) lol, poor Seth, although Jennifer is right, I’m pretty sure that Emma being a twin herself helped a little 😛
Anna looks great, and so do Dewey and Mona. Lol, she is the only sim ever who could pull off that dress 😛
Yep, I was just thinking that really, there’s kind of three sisters pregnant here. Nancy and Ian aren’t married, but since they’re committed to each other she’s basically a stepsister-in-law in Emma and Darcy. 🙂
When I was dressing Mona in her adult look, I found that outfit and I knew it was perfect for her. She really is the only one in this hood that could pull that outfit off, lol! I love that her clothes have always been a little quirky, which is something I kept from when she was a townie teen (along with that heavy makeup she wears).
I think it’s great that the sisters get to share the joys of pregnancy at the same time. I adore these Sutton girls. And Anna looks GREAT with her grown up hair. I really liked her hair before too, but I love this just as much!
Poor Dewey, screwed over, stuck in a closet.
I love the view of the park that Anna has! That’s one thing I love about pictures, the view of the city in the background.
Mona as a mime is quite funny.
I had been wanting to use that hair, but I hadn’t found anyone that it really suited before now. But I think it’s perfect for Anna, so I’m glad you like it! 🙂
I love that Maxis gave us the ability to see other lots in the neighborhood from the current lot. It looks so nice to see be able to see the other buildings and parks from the current lot. Makes it really feel like a living city. 🙂
I sent Mona to the computer to find a job, but since she didn’t graduate cum laude, she doesn’t get an automatic placement into her chosen field unless it comes up on the computer when she’s looking. The natural science career didn’t come up, so I had to pick one of the other options that was available. When the offer for the mime job came up, I couldn’t resist. The idea of her as a mime cracks me up! 😉
I had when families have twins back to back. They are so difficult to contol. Mildred and Emily had two sets of twins without the twin bonus and I was mad. Twins are hard enough but trying to take care to two sets in a nightmare.
I’m not looking forward to playing that house when the babies are born. It’s going to be crazy!
Hang in there, Nancy! She really does look exhausted, poor girl! I can’t wait to see all these babies – you’ve got four due, wow. I have three due right now.
I love everyone’s adult looks! Anna is adorable as always – she and Mona will be interesting as roommates! I thought she’d move in with Dewey but I’m glad they’re waiting on that. Roomie households are so fun to play.
Do you remember where you got Anna’s outfit? It looks like the kind of thing Lia would wear and I’d love to have it for her
I considered having Anna and Dewey live together, but I thought it would be fun to let them live apart for a while and experience the fun of roommates. 😉
Anna’s outfit is from Fashion Twist.
Ah, thank you!
Oh Anna looks so pretty and all grown up! I can’t wait to see her living with Mona! And OMG, I totally see Mona working as a mime! I actually don’t know if I could see her doing anything else, lol!
Ha, I wonder if Dewey’s apartment is smaller than my Corbin’s? It looks pretty tiny. It’s neat he has a little place of his own though!
Ha, Mona just seems to fit perfectly as a mime, doesn’t she? 😉
I’m not sure, but that apartment is pretty small! I think if Bryant moves in after he graduates, he’ll have to sleep on the couch because there’s no way another bed can fit in there, lol!
