Madison Craig is all grown up now. Well, as grown up as you believe yourself to be at thirteen anyway. She loves talking on the phone to all of her friends. Despite her way of always telling people exactly what she thinks, she has many friends. If there’s someone she doesn’t know yet that she decides she wants to know, she’ll march right up to them and start a conversation. Shyness is not in her vocabulary.

This is so boring, Xander Gates thinks as he watches his parents work on pieces for the art gallery. He had been swimming all day that Saturday, but then his dad insisted he come inside the art studio for a while. Orion hopes that exposing Xander to art will make him gain an appreciation for it.

Meals without Audrey have become a common occurrence in the Sutton household. Sunny tries not to let it bother her, but she feels like she was losing one of her daughters and she doesn’t know how to fix things. No matter whether she tries talking or yelling or silence, Audrey always reacts badly.
